Notice of Merger Application

Notice of Merger Application Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for consent to merge Best Egg, Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware into Barclays Bank Delaware of Wilmington, Delaware. This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1828(c) and 12 C.F.R. Part 303. This notice will appear three times at approximately two-week intervals over a 25-day period beginning December 22, 2025 and ending January 16, 2026. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with Robert DiChiara, the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10118 not later than January 21, 2026. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the New York Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
