And, at which time, Plaintiff, the City of Hardwick, will move the Court for an Order as follows: 1) That the Court finds the Defendant to be in Default; 2) That the City be permitted to summarily enforce its Order to Raze Hazardous Property, issued in accord with Chapter 463, Minn. Stat.; and 3) That the City be permitted to proceed with the enforcement of that order immediately and without further delay.
This Motion is made pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.19 and upon all exhibits, affidavits, and other documents currently existing in the record.
