
NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION MEETING
PETITION: PL20250006016 EXCELSIOR EMERGENCY ACCESS INSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE (PDI)
In compliance with the Collier County Land Development Code (LDC) requirements, a neighborhood information meeting (NIM) hosted by Gary Butler of Butler Engineering Inc representing SPINELLI FAMILY INVESTMENTS LLC will be held on October 29, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Naples Conference Center at 1455 Pine Ridge Road, Naples FL 34109. Spinelli Family Investments LLC has submitted a formal application to Collier County seeking an Insubstantial PUD amendment (PDI) to allow for a stabilized, emergency access only lane for Tract B2 to the north lane of Radio Road, located at the southeast end of Briarwood PUD.
The change will be restricted to Fire Truck access to Tract B2, which is a 3.34 acre tract located in the northern quadrant of the Briarwood Boulevard / Radio Road intersection approximately 2500 linear feet east of Livingston Road in Section 31, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier County Florida.

The purpose and intent of this Neighborhood Information Meeting is to provide the public with notice of an impending zoning application and to foster communication between the applicant and the public.
