Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinance Village of Weston, Wisconsin Please take notice that the Village Board of Weston, Wisconsin enacted on September 15, 2025, the following Ordinances: Ordinance No. 25-013: An Ordinance to Approve the Rezoning of Lots 37 Through 46 And 63 Through 72 of The Proposed Preliminary Plat of Granite Ridge Located South of Mary Lane & Old Costa Lane from SF-S (Single Family Residential-Small Lot) to 2F (Two Family Residential) Zoning District, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin. Ordinance No. 25-014: An Ordinance to Approve the Rezoning of Parcels of Land, located at 3802 Schofield Avenue and 5510 Camp Phillips Road in the Village of Weston, from B-2 Highway Business and MF Multiple Family to PD Planned Development District and Amend an Associated General Development Plan.
