Notice of Notice for Merger of Bank Holding Companies 1870 Holdings, Inc., 88A Public Square, Monmouth, Illinois 61462, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to merge with another bank holding company, Rushville Bancshares, Inc., Rushville, Illinois. We intend to acquire control of Rushville State Bank, 100 East Lafayette Street, Rushville, Illinois 62681. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs.
