Notice of Notification for Acquisition of Spirit BankCorp, Inc. by BancFirst Corporation BancFirst Corporation, 100 North Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma 73102, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to acquire Spirit BankCorp, Inc., 601 North Main Street, Bristow, Creek County, Oklahoma 74010. BancFirst Corporation intends to acquire control of SpiritBank, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Federal Reserve System considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice, including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs.
