Notice of Opportunity for Public Hearing BayRunner, Inc. Application for Subsidy under the 5311(f) Program Western Maryland- Washington DCBaltimore On or about April 17, 2026, BayRunner Shuttle, based in Salisbury, Maryland, will be applying to the Maryland Transit Administration of the Maryland Department of Transportation for funds to partially offset the costs of operating intercity bus service between Western Maryland and Baltimore. Funds would be provided from the Intercity Bus Program, otherwise referred to as 5311(f). Program regulations require that the public be given the opportunity to comment at a public hearing. BayRunner Shuttle is required to hold such a hearing upon request. Anyone wishing BayRunner to hold such a hearing should contact Caroline Presburg, at 443-523-2605, by April 10, 2026.
