NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN The East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Oshkosh Metropolitan Planning Area, has prepared an update to the Public Participation Plan. The Public Participation Plan has been developed in consultation with various stakeholders in an effort to improve public involvement and interaction in the transportation and land use planning process. The Public Participation Plan describes area populations and methods that will be used to solicit public involvement and comments in the planning process, and identifies measures that can be used to evaluate public interaction levels. The Public Participation Plan for the Oshkosh Metropolitan Planning Organization can be viewed online by visiting our website: http://www.ecwrpc.org/public-review/ A 45-day public review and comment period for the Public Participation Plan will commence on Sunday, April 26, 2026 and end on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
