NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under provisions of Section 15 of the Tulare City Charter, Ordinance 2025-13 was adopted by the City of Tulare City Council on September 16, 2025. The following is a summary of Ordinance 2025-13, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Tulare Repealing and Replacing Section 1.16.010 (Time, Place of Regular Meetings) of Chapter 1.16 (Council Meetings) of the Tulare Municipal Code: The purpose of this ordinance is to change the start time for regular Tulare City Council meetings from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance is posted in the City Clerk's Office at 411 East Kern Avenue. Said Ordinance was introduced on September 2, 2025, and finally passed and adopted on September 16, 2025, by the City of Tulare City Council by the following vote: Ayes: Dennis A. Mederos, Terry A.
