NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under provisions of Section 15 of the Tulare City Charter, Ordinance 2026-04 was adopted by the City of Tulare City Council on May 5, 2026. The following is a summary of ORDINANCE 2026-04 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TULARE ADDING CHAPTER 10.38 (By-Right Approvals) to the Tulare Municipal Code: The purpose of said ordinance is to add Chapter 10.83 By-Right Approvals specifying the process for reviewing uses entitled to review as a "use by right" as defined in Government Code Section 65583.2. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance is posted in the City Clerk's Office at 411 East Kern Avenue, Tulare. Said Ordinance was introduced on April 21, 2026, and finally passed and adopted on May 5, 2026, by the City of Tulare City Council by the following vote: Ayes: Jose Sigala, Stephen C.
