NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under provisions of Section 15 of the Tulare City Charter, Ordinance 2026-03 was adopted by the City of Tulare City Council on May 5, 2026. The following is a summary of ORDINANCE 2026-03, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TULARE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BEING A PART OF SECTION 10.06.040 of SAID Code, Zone Amendment no. 771: The purpose of said ordinance is to rezone approximately 7.20-acres of property from R-1-4 (Low Density Residential), to the RM (Medium Density Residential) zoning designation and is located at the northeast corner of Bardsley Avenue and Enterprise Street, as set forth more specifically on said map. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance is posted in the City Clerk's Office at 411 East Kern Avenue, Tulare. Said Ordinance was introduced on April 21, 2026, and finally passed and adopted on May 5, 2026, by the City of Tulare City Council by the following vote: Ayes: Jose Sigala, Stephen C.
