Pappas, now the record owner of certain real property located at 461 Scenic Highway, Bourne, Massachusetts, 02532 and more specifically described in Book 32375, Page 6 in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, has hereby filed a Complaint to Quiet Title pursuant to M.G.L. c. 240, sec. 6 which may affect the rights and interests of the Defendants or other unknown individuals with a purported interest in the property.
