NOTICE OF PETITION FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 6:05 p.m., at the Dighton Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Avenue, Dighton, MA, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Dighton will conduct a Public Hearing on a request by R.W. Bryant Contracting, Inc. to locate poles, wires and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way: Tremont Street - Setting 2 poles on Tremont St. New Poles T1 and T2 being set approximately twenty (20) feet South (T-1) and North (T-2) of the centerline of Tremont St. Equally spacing between existing Poles P29 and P37 for strand continuity as needed to accommodate fiber-opting cabling with a mid-span clearance minimum.
