Notice is hereby given that in the above entitled estate proceedings: On April 7, 2024, the decedent, Vernon Nelson Lee, died testate a resident of Delaware County, Indiana.On May 22, 2026, Alivia Davis filed with the Delaware County Circuit Court No. 1 a Petition to Construe Will and Testamentary Trust ("Petition").On July 2, 2026, the Delaware Circuit Court No. 1 scheduled the Petition for a Status Conference on August 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM, to be held in the Delaware Circuit Court No. 1 of Delaware County, Indiana.All persons claiming or having any interest in this estate, or any part thereof, as an heir or through an heir of such decedent, who object to the relief requested in the Petition, are required to appear in Court on or before the date of the Status Conference and (i) make proof of their heirship or claim through an heir of such decedent, and (ii) to make objection to said Petition.The Delaware Circuit Court No. 1 will enter an Order on the Petition, provided no objections are made thereto on or before August 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
