NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD HEARING TOWNSHIP OF DELRAN PLANNING BOARD TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, CASTAWAY CANNABIS LLC, has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Delran, Burlington County, New Jersey for an amendment to the resolution previously granted by the Planning Board to the applicant on May 4, 2023 pursuant to Sec. 355-54(B)(5) of the Code of the Township of Delran, granting conditional use approval for the applicant's retail cannabis business located at 6006 Rte. 130 North, Block 120.07, Lot 23. The applicant is requesting approval of any and all variances, waivers and permits requested or required by the Planning Board at the public hearing. A public hearing has been ordered for Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 900 Chester Avenue, Delran, New Jersey.
