NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF HOLMDEL, MONMOUTH COUNTY, N.J.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. and thereafter on such other dates as such hearing may be continued at the Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733, the Township of Holmdel Planning Board (the "Board") will hold a live, in-person meeting for a public hearing on the application filed by 23 Main Street Urban Renewal, LLC (the "Applicant"). The Applicant has applied to the Board for the property located at 23 Main Street, Holmdel, Block 13, Lot 15 (the "Property"), which is subject to the Vonage Headquarters Redevelopment Plan, for: Final Major Site Plan approval for Phase II of the redevelopment which includes the construction of a new senior living townhouse community with sixty-five (65) for-sale townhouses and with (13) units set aside as affordable units, to be located inside of the Loop Road and to the west of the Existing Building, along with associated roadways, walking paths, parking areas and related amenities. All in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan. The Applicant requests any variance relief, waivers, design exceptions and/or checklist submission waivers as may be required and granted, as well as such other relief as the Board may deem appropriate.
All interested persons may appear and be heard regarding this Application at the aforesaid public hearing, either personally or through their attorney, in accordance with the rules of the Board and/or the provisions of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law. Copies of all documents, including maps, plans, and other documents related to this Application are available for public inspection in the Office of the Planning Board Secretary located in Town Hall, 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733 during the normal business hours, and to schedule an appointment contact the Board Secretary, Irina Jvarisheishvili-Darrar at 732-946-2820 Ext. 1323 or idarrar@holmdeltownship.com. The Applicant is mailing and publishing this Notice by order of the Board, and as required by the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
