NOTICE OF PROPOSED ISSUANCES OF KENTUCKY STATE PROPERTY AND BUILDINGS COMMISSION ROAD FUND REVENUE BONDS, PROJECT NO. 134 SERIES A ROAD FUND REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, PROJECT NO. 134 SERIES B REVENUE BONDS, PROJECT NO. 135 SERIES A REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, PROJECT NO. 135 SERIES B AGENCY FUND REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, PROJECT NO. 136 Pursuant to the provisions of Section 56.514 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the State Property and Buildings Commission of Kentucky (the "Commission") intends to sell at private, negotiated sales, its approximately (a) $13,000,000 principal amount of Road Fund Revenue Bonds, Project No. 134 Federally Taxable Series A (the "Series 134 A Bonds"), (b) $7,000,000 principal amount of Road Fund Revenue Refunding Bonds, Project No. 134 Series B (the "Series 134 B Bonds" and together with the Series 134 A Bonds, the "134 Bonds"), (c) $750,000,000 principal amount of Revenue Bonds, Project No. 135 Series A (the "Series 135 A Bonds"), (d) $140,000,000 principal amount of Revenue Refunding Bonds, Project No. 135 Series B (the "Series 135 B Bonds" and together with the Series 135 A Bonds, the "135 Bonds"), and (e) $26,000,000 principal amount of Agency Fund Revenue Refunding Bonds, Project No. 136 (the "136 Bonds" and together with the 134 Bonds and the 135 Bonds, the "Bonds"). The Bonds are being sold to (i) pay the costs of issuing the Bonds and (ii) finance various new capital projects and/or refund certain prior bonds. It is estimated that the private negotiated sales of the Bonds will occur during the period from June 1, 2026 to June 5, 2026.
