NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM, ON January 13, 2026, or as soon as the matter can be heard thereafter, THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, IN THE CHAMBERS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, on the Sixth Floor of the Administration Building, 44 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, will hold a public hearing and receive oral and written statements regarding the following applications and their environmental determinations: WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT CANCELLATION NO. PA-2400082 of Ramandeep Singh (c/o Dillon and Murphy) A Williamson Act Contract Cancellation to remove 9.65 acres from WA-76-C1-143 to facilitate a Minor Subdivision. This is for Final Approval of a Williamson Act Contract Cancellation. The project site is on the north side of E. Peltier Road, 3,450 feet east of N. State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Acampo. (Supervisorial District: 4) Environmental Determination: This project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15304 and 15305. A Notice of Exemption will be recorded if the project is approved. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT CANCELLATION NO. PA-2500173 of Barbara and Robert Costigliolo Enterprises (c/o DL Builders, Michael DeGroot) A Williamson Act Contract Cancellation to remove 2 acres from Williamson Act Contract No. WA-71-C1-0295 to facilitate a Lot Line Adjustment. This is for Final Approval of a Williamson Act Contract Cancellation. The project site is on the south side of E. Comstock Road, 1,000 feet west of N. Cox Road, Linden. (Supervisorial District: 4) Environmental Determination: This project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15304 and 15305. A Notice of Exemption will be recorded if the project is approved. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT CANCELLATION NO. PA-2300137 AND LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. PA-2500077 of Richard B. and Anna R. Miller Trust, et al (c/o Dillon and Murphy Engineering) A Williamson Act Contract Cancellation to remove a 2-acre portion of Williamson Act Contract No. WA-69-C1-0130 from contract in order to facilitate a Lot Line Adjustment. This is for Final Approval of a Williamson Act Contract Cancellation. The project site is located on the north side of E. Walnut Drive, 0.5 miles east of N. Wall Road, Linden. (Supervisorial District: 4) Environmental Determination: This project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15304 and 15305. A Notice of Exemption will be recorded if the project is approved.
