NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE VILLAGE OF WESTON PLAN COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been filed by property owners Chad and Roxanne Brecke requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) pursuant to Section 94.4.09(8) of the Village of Weston Zoning Code. The proposed ADU will be approximately 1,090 square feet and is intended for occupancy by a family member. The subject property is approximately 12.35 acres, is zoned RR-5 (Rural Residential – 5 Acre), and is addressed as 4804 Shorey Avenue, Weston (Project #20260237).
The property is described as Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 18713, recorded as Document No. 1814935, being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 SW 1/4), Section 28, Township 28 North, Range 8 East, Marathon County, Wisconsin. (PIN 192 2808 283 0985)
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on this request on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Weston Municipal Center, 4747 Camp Phillips Road, Weston. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
