NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOONE INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER TOWER REHABILITATION PROJECT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER TOWER REHABILITATION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF BOONE, IOWA. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Boone, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Drawings, Specifications, Form of Contract, and Estimate of Cost of Work for the Industrial Park Water Tower Rehabilitation Project at 6:00 p.m., local time, on August 3, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, located at Boone City Hall, 923 - 8th Street, Boone, IA 50036. Any interested party may appear to be heard or submit their objections in writing by 5:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing to the City Clerk's Office. At the hearing, the City Council will receive and consider any objections made by any interested person, to the Drawings and Specifications, proposed Form of Contract and the Estimate of Cost for the Work. The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements in Boone, Iowa generally described as follows: Structural repairs, safety upgrades, and painting of the exterior and interior of the Industrial Park Water Tower.
