NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BROWNSBURG TOWN COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Brownsburg Town Council (the "Council") will conduct a public hearing regarding the following petition: Ordinance to Vacate Right of Way Applicant Name: Sean Burst on behalf of Low Cost Spay-Neuter Clinic, Inc. Parcel Numbers, Location: 32-07-11-145-002.000-016, 32-07-11-145-004.000-016, 32-07-11-148- 001.000-016, and 32-07-11-142-004.000-016 are the parcels being affected with this right-of-way street vacation. The right of way is located at the north end of platted Mill Street. Case details: Mill Street has never been improved north of Enderly Ave. The vacation is requested in conjunction with the expansion of the Low Cost Spay-Neuter Clinic, Inc. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 28th day of May, 2026 in the Town Hall Council Meeting Room, 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112, at which all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to testify and be heard.
