NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT TO CONSIDER A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING TOWN CODE CHAPTER 14 AND CHAPTER A224, AMENDING BUILDING, HIGHWAY, PLANNING AND ZONING FEES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Mount Pleasant, Town Hall, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595 on the 25th day of September 2025 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering a proposed Local Law amending Town Code Chapter 14, Article I Advisory Board on Architecture and Community Appearance and Chapter A224 Fees, updating the Building, Highway, Planning and Zoning fees. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, a copy of the proposed Local Law is available for review in the Town Clerk's Office.
