NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT ON THE 2026 PRELIMINARY TOWN BUDGET PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing on the annual Preliminary Budget of the Town of Mount Pleasant for the year 2026 will be held at a meeting of the Town Board to be held at the Town Hall, located at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York on the 25th day of November, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. During such public hearing on the 2026 Preliminary Budget any person may be heard in favor of or against same, as compiled, or for or against any item or items therein contained. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the 2026 Preliminary Town Budget will be available for review in the Town Clerk's Office starting on November 19, 2025. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the proposed salaries, with stipends, of each member of the Town Board, the Supervisor, Town Clerk and Superintendent of Highways, therein are set forth are as follows: Town Board Members $31,657 each per annum; Supervisor $210,243 per annum; Town Clerk $114,002 per annum; and Superintendent of Highways $130,071 per annum.
