Notice of Public Hearing by the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the "Plan Commission") will conduct a public hearing regarding the following application. Case Number: PCPP-26-3 Applicant Name: Matt Imburgia, Veritas Realty Parcel Number, Location: Parcel #: 32-07-02-200-016.000-026. The site is just south of the I-74 on ramp and east of Green Street. Case Details: The applicant is seeking approval of a primary plat for a parcel that will be subdivided into two lots and two common areas for future retail usage. The public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on May 27, 2026 in the Town Hall Council Meeting Room, 61 N Green St, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112 where all interested parties will be given an opportunity to testify regarding the proposal per the Plan Commission Rules of Procedure.
