Notice of Public Hearing City of Fayetteville, NC Renaming of the North Street Baseball Field to the Coach Donald Bennett Field. The following item will be considered at a Public Hearing by the City of Fayetteville City Council on Tuesday, May 26, 2025. The hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor of City Hall, 433 Hay Street. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Renaming of the North Street Baseball Field to the Coach Donald Bennett Field. Individuals desiring to speak must sign up before 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled public hearing date with the City Clerk, located on the third floor of City Hall, 433 Hay Street, by phone at 910-433-1989, by email at CityClerk@FayettevilleNC.gov, or via the City website www.fayettevillenc.gov under "Get Involved". The Public Hearing will be open for a period not to exceed 30 minutes, with each side of the issue allowed up to 15 minutes; citizens will be permitted 3 minutes each to address the City Council.
