NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LAKE HELEN The Planning and Land Development Regulation Commission of the City of Lake Helen will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026 at City Hall (327 S. Lakeview Drive, Lake Helen, Florida) to consider Ordinance 2026-04 – An ordinance of the City of Lake Helen, Florida, amending section 2.13.00 of the code of ordinances amending the ECW (Employment Center Workplace) zoning to be consistent with the EC (Employment Center) future land use designation; providing for legislative findings; providing for conflicts; Providing for severability, providing for codification and providing for an effective date. The reading of this ordinance by the City Commission will be held on Thursday, June 11th, 2026 at the Regular City Commission Meeting at 7:00pm, at City Hall (327 S. Lakeview Drive, Lake Helen, Florida). Copies of all documents are available at Lake Helen City Hall, 327 South Lakeview Drive, Lake Helen, Florida. The City Commission may also discuss other issues related to this matter or any other issues. If any person decides to appeal any decision by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at the above meetings, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, including all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. To that end, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. The City of Lake Helen does not provide this record.
