NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ROCKLEDGE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Notice is hereby given by the City of Rockledge, Florida, that a request has been made to the Board of Adjustment of the City of Rockledge, Florida, by Stellar Rockledge Airport LLC, property owner, through agent Hassan Kamal, P.E., B.S.E. Consultants, Inc., 312 S. Harbor City Boulevard, Suite 4, Melbourne, FL 32901, for a variance to DIVISION 7. – TH TOWNHOUSE DWELLING DISTRICT of the City of Rockledge Code of Ordinances, Land Development Regulations, for a reduction to setbacks, lot size, lot width, lot coverage, building height modifications, the maximum number of contiguous units and minimum distance between each building on the property located north of Barnes Boulevard and east of Murrell Road; Parcel IDs 25-36-22-00-272, 25-36-22-00-273, 25-36-22-00-275, 25-36-22-00-285, 25-36-22-00-285.2, 25-36-22-00-285.3, 25-36-22-00-285.5, 25-36-22-00-289, 25-36-22-00-290, and 25-36-22-00-291 in the R3 Multifamily Dwelling (High Density District). A public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida 32955, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have the opportunity to be heard.
