NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of the Village of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of the Village of Douglas will hold a Public Hearing on February 24, 2026, at 7:00 pm, to consider the following application submitted by Turan Ufuk: A variance request for relief of Section 18.01(1)(a)1. to reduce the required driveway entrance setback from 10 feet to 5 feet, and from Section 19.04(1)(d) to reduce the required rear parking setback from 12.5 feet to 5 feet, for the property located at 47 Center Street, Douglas, Michigan 49406 (Parcel No. 59-150-002-00). This application is available at the City of the Village of Douglas offices for public examination and review during normal business hours.
