NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Durham Town Council Monday, August 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM The Durham Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance #2026-06 amending Chapter 153, "Vehicles & Traffic," Section 153-29, "Metered Parking Areas," of the Durham Town Code, to expand metered parking to Wagon Hill Farm. The Durham Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance #2026-07 amending Chapter 153, "Vehicles & Traffic," Section 153-29, "Metered Parking Areas," of the Durham Town Code, to expand metered and permit parking to Technology Drive. The Durham Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance #2026-08 amending Chapter 153, "Vehicles & Traffic," Section 153-49, "Schedule XVII: Parking Prohibited Certain Hours," of the Durham Town Code, to restrict parking on Technology Drive to day and overnight parking allowed by permit only. The Town Council will be meeting in the Council chambers. Members of the public may participate via Zoom teleconferencing or in-person. Participants desiring to attend via Zoom must pre-register for the meeting and may do so by going to the Town of Durham website, www.ci.durham.nh.us.
