NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Durham Town Council

The Durham Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Resolution #2025-18 Authorizing the Acceptance and Expenditure of Funding from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Community-Based Restoration Program, for the Mill Pond Dam Removal and Oyster River Restoration Project, in the amount of up to $3,247,201, and Authorize the Administrator to Sign and Submit Grant Paperwork on Behalf of the Town of Durham.
The Town Council will be meeting in the Council chambers. Members of the public may participate via Zoom teleconferencing or in-person. Participants desiring to attend via Zoom must pre-register for the meeting and may do so by going to the Town of Durham website, www.ci.durham.nh.us. On the homepage at the left is a box with "Latest News". Under that box, click on "Zoom Video Meeting Schedule"; then click on the Town Council meeting link to pre-register.
The Resolution is available for viewing in the Administrator's Office located on the second floor of the Town Hall at 8 Newmarket Road during normal office hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
