NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - EARLHAM MEDICAL CLINIC BOARD OF TRUSTEES MADISON COUNTY HEALTH CARE SYSTEM WINTERSET, IOWA Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the Chestnut Building at the Madison County Health Care System, Winterset, Iowa. DESCRIPTION: Furnish all labor, material and equipment required to accomplish the construction described in the specifications indicated on the plans, and according to the schedule. The work includes, but is not limited to, the build-out construction alone of approximately 4,000 SF of clinic space. The public hearing will receive comments on the clinic project build-out in Earlham. Any individual may file written comments and/or be heard at said hearing. Bidding Documents may be viewed at the office of the Construction Manager - Graham Construction Company, 421 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50309.
