NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2025 PROGRAM INCOME AND CLOSEOUT OF 2024 PROGRAM INCOME 870OTTAWA COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2025 PROGRAM INCOME AND CLOSEOUT OF 2024 PROGRAM INCOME FOR MICHIGAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING FOR CDBG EMERGENCY HOME REPAIRS Ottawa County Community Action Agency will conduct a public hearing and closeout on July 27th 2026 at 10:30AM at 12251 James St, Suite 300, Holland MI 49424 for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed use of CDBG Program Income from Program Year 2025 and for the completion of projects from 2024 CDBG Program Income. Ottawa County Community Action Agency proposes to use $52,870.50 of CDBG Program Income to fund emergency Home Rehab projects for Ottawa County residents who income qualify. CDBG Program Income from was utilized to complete three project: two roof replacements and a septic replacement for a total cost of $32,406.80. No persons shall be or were displaced as a result of any completed or future projects. Further information is available for review.
