Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Adjustment of Connection Fee NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:14B-21 and 40:14B-23, that The Borough of Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority (the "Authority") proposes to revise its schedule of service charges for connection fees to customers situated within Authority's District (comprising the Borough of Wrightstown). The proposed revised connection fee, if adopted, will change the current rate applied per equivalent dwelling unit ("EDU") from $2980.00 for water and $6,667.00 for sewer to $3,177.00 for water and $7,256.00 for sewer (or such other revision as shall be determined in accordance with applicable law). A public hearing on the proposed revision has been scheduled for the 15th day of October, 2025 at 6:30PM, prevailing time, at the Wrightstown Borough Hall, 21 Saylors Pond Road, Wrightstown, New Jersey 08562 at which time and place all interested parties, citizens and persons shall have the opportunity to be heard concerning same.
