NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FORT LEE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Jessica Abergel Nor, Ariel Realty, LLC & 1567 Aston Terrace, LLC, will make application before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Fort Lee (herein as the "Board") at its regularly scheduled meeting on the 23rd day of June 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Fort Lee Municipal Building, Council Chambers, located at 309 Main Street, Fort Lee, New Jersey for minor subdivision approval, site plan approval and variance relief, as well as any and all other relief required by the Ordinances of the Borough of Fort Lee. The properties which comprise the subject matter of this application are known as 1557 Aston Terrace, 1563 Aston Terrace & 1567 Aston Terrace, Fort Lee, New Jersey also known and designated as Lots 3, 4 & 5 in Block 3854, as shown on the tax assessment maps of the Borough of Fort Lee. In addition to foregoing described approvals, the Applicant will also seek the Board's approval for any and all exceptions, waivers, variances and other incidental relief , including checklist waivers, that may be required or deemed necessary by the Board and/or it's professionals after or during its review of the application, together with any further relief that may be deemed necessary by the Applicant during the hearing process, including that which may be generated by way of revised plans and submissions of same. Measurements, percentages and other calculations provided in this notice are in accordance with development plans filed with the application.
