NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOPEWELL PLANNING COMMISSION The Hopewell Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the following request: Modification of Development Standards – Case#2026-0048: A request submitted by Well of Hope Church of the Nazarene to allow a second freestanding sign at 3308 Oaklawn Blvd., also identified as Parcel #089-1462, and located in the B-4 Corridor Development District.
