NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO A SPENDING PLAN FOR CERTAIN TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS BY THE CITY OF ST. CLOUD, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. Cloud, Minnesota (the "City"), will conduct a public hearing in the council chambers in City Hall, 400 2nd Street S., St. Cloud, Minnesota on Monday, September 22, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered, for the consideration of an amendment to a spending plan pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 2024, Section 469.176, Subd. 4n., as amended (the "Act"). The spending plan proposed to be amended (the "Spending Plan") is for the following TIF Districts: TIF District #11 (Park Industries II), TIF District #12 (Centre Square Project), TIF District #20 (Paramount Ramp), TIF District #31 (Granite Bowl), TIF District #40 (Gottens Family Housing), TIF District #41 (Gottens Family Housing II), TIF District #42 (Westwood Village), TIF District #44 (Westwind Apartments), TIF District #57 (Fingerhut II), TIF District #70 (Webway II), TIF District #80 (ETC), and TIF District #83 (Eich Holdings LLC Project). The Spending Plan with its proposed amendment is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall during normal business hours.
