NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF FRANKFORT LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Village Board of the Village of Frankfort adopted the 12 day of May, 2026, the said Village Board will hold a public hearing at the Village Offices at 110 Railroad Street, Frankfort, New York, on the 26 day of May, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the enactment of proposed Local Law No. 3, 2026, for the purpose of imposing a six month moratorium on smoke shops within the Village of Frankfort.
