NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE
Please take notice that the undersigned, Mike & Alyssa Glaicar, of 46 Sagamore Avenue, Oceanport, NJ 07757, have filed an appeal to the Combined Planning/Zoning Board of the Borough of Oceanport for a bulk variance from the terms of the Borough of Oceanport Land Use Ordinance, to permit the installation of an in-ground swimming pool and hot tub on the premises known as Block 9, Lot 2 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Oceanport.
The applicants are seeking a variance from the maximum permitted impervious coverage of 37% to allow a proposed coverage of 46.6%, as regulated by the Borough Ordinance.
A public hearing on this application has been scheduled for January 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Borough Hall Council Chambers, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ 07757.
