NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Supervisors of Ontario County at 74 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York on November 13, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. concerning a proposed resolution, entitled "Amendment to Resolution 878-88 Establishment of Sewer Charges for the Route 332 County Sewer District", which provides:
For establishing new sewer rates for premises within the Route 332 Extension of the Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District. The rate change would be effective the first day of the first billing quarter following adoption.
At such time and place all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning the same.
