NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SEWER RATES & CHARGES BY THE LAKE GEORGE REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT (LGRSD) OF STEUBEN COUNTY, INDIANA Property owners, ratepayers, and other interested parties served or to be served by the LGRSD are hereby notified that the LGRSD Board of Trustees has introduced proposed Ordinance # 2026-1 which establishes the rates & charges beginning January 1, 2026. The Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 6:30 pm local time at the LGRSD Building Office located at 1040 S Angola Road, Coldwater, MI 49036. Brief questions & comments will be allowed by the public. The entire proposed Ordinance 2026-1 can be examined at the same office starting on Monday, October 6, 2025 during normal business hours of 8 am to 4 pm weekdays. Indiana Code 13-26-11-15 allows for an appeal to this proposed ordinance by gathering signatures from fifty (50) rate payers (or 10% of all rate payers whichever is fewer) and filing a written petition objecting to these rates and charges.
