NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF WESTON, WISCONSIN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the governing body of the Village of Weston, Wisconsin has declared its intention to exercise its police power in accordance with § 66.0703, Wis. Stats., to levy special assessments upon property within the following described assessment district for benefits conferred upon the property by the installation of driveway aprons: ASSESSMENT DISTRICT The property to be assessed lies within the following described assessment district: All properties with frontage and/or property access on Bloedel Ave from Pine Park St to Alderson St. The Village Engineer's report showing proposed plans and specifications, estimated cost of improvements and proposed assessments is on file in the municipal clerk's office and may be inspected there during any business day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You are further notified that the governing body of the Village of Weston, Wisconsin, will hear all interested persons, or their agents or attorneys, concerning matters contained in the preliminary resolution authorizing the assessments and in the above described report at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th day of May, 2026, at the following location: Weston Municipal Center, 4747 Camp Phillips Rd, Weston, WI 54476.
