Notice of Public Hearing - Parking Lot Expansion NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE 108 MAIN STREET NE PARKING LOT EXPANSION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF BONDURANT, IOWA At 6:00 P.M. on the 17th day of November, 2025, the City Council of the City of Bondurant, Iowa will, in said Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 Second Street NE, Bondurant, Iowa, hold a hearing and said Council proposes to adopt plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the 108 Main Street NE Parking Lot Expansion project. The description of the project is as follows: Expansion of the existing parking lot with concrete drives, curb and gutter and sidewalk. Installation of permeable pavers and underground storage facilities and associated plantings and restoration. At said hearing, the Council will consider the plans, specifications, proposed form of contract, and estimated total cost for the project, the same now being on file in the office of the City Clerk, 200 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Iowa 50035, reference to which is made for a more detailed and complete description of the proposed improvements, and at said time and place the said Council will also receive and consider any objections to said plans, specifications, estimate of cost, and form of contract made by any interested party.
