NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PORT SHELDON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 5:30 pm at the Port Sheldon Township Hall located at 16201 Port Sheldon Street, West Olive, Michigan 49460. The public hearing is for the Port Sheldon Township Zoning Board of Appeals to hear and consider the following matter: 1. The request of Gregory Thorwall for a variance from Section 2.14.1 (Area), 2.14.1 (Front Lot Line) of the Port Sheldon Township Zoning Ordinance – Parcel # 70-11-35-100-057 Address: 5574 Whitetail Ct., West Olive, MI 49460. Any person interested in these matters may appear at such hearings in person or by agent or attorney. Written comments will be received at the Township Office until the night of the hearing.
