Notice of Public Hearing Re: Hollister Parkway Tax Increment Financing Plan The Hollister Missouri, Tax Increment Financing ("TIF") Commission will consider the proposed Amended and Restated Hollister Parkway Tax Increment Financing Plan, Project, and Redevelopment Area to finance certain costs associated with the redevelopment of property in Hollister, Missouri, in accordance with the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act. Pursuant to law, the public is hereby notified that: A public hearing will be held regarding the proposed Amended and Restated Hollister Parkway Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan, Project, and Redevelopment Area before the City of Hollister TIF Commission on August 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Hollister City Hall, 312 Esplanade Drive, Hollister, Missouri 65672. The location of the Redevelopment Area is generally described as approximately 67 acres bounded by Hollister Parkway on the north, U.S. Highway 65 on the west, Hollister city limits on the south and east. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing described above. The Plan and Project, if approved, would include development of a new 100,000 square foot themed Hasbro, Inc. indoor waterpark, a 2-acre outdoor waterpark, a 75,000 square foot conference and event center, a 45,000 square foot entertainment center, approximately 14,000 square feet of retail development, 430 hotel suites, 20 luxury cabins, and more than seven food and beverage outlets. The Project will also include necessary street and infrastructure improvement to support these uses within the Redevelopment Area. A copy of the proposed Plan with a more detailed description of the Project and Redevelopment Area is available for inspection at City Hall, 312 Esplanade Drive, Hollister, Missouri 65672.
