NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF STOCKTON 2024-2025 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT Notice is hereby given that a public hearing to consider the City of Stockton's Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), will be held on September 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. located in the Council Chambers of Stockton City Hall (425 N. El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202). The CAPER describes the City's performance during Fiscal Year 2024-2025, in addressing its goals and objectives for three Federal Grant Entitlement Programs under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Draft copies of the 2024-2025 CAPER will be available to the public on or after September 8, 2025, at the following accessible location: Economic Development Department (425 N. El Dorado St, 1st Floor, Stockton, CA 95202), or online at www.stocktonca.gov/housing. In compliance with the City's Citizen Participation plan, Stockton residents will be able to provide public comment on the draft CAPER during the 15-day comment period beginning September 8, 2025, and ending September 23, 2025. All interested parties are invited to attend and provide comments on the CAPER at the following public meeting: The 2024-2025 CAPER will be presented to the Community Development Committee on September 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. located in the North Hall of the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium (525 N Center St. Stockton, CA 95202). All comments received within the public comment period are to be sent to the City of Stockton's Economic Development Department through one of the following methods: via email at economic.development@stocktonca.gov, by phone at (209) 937-8539, or in person at 425 N. El Dorado Street, 1st Floor, Stockton, CA 95202.
