NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority (the "Issuer") on September 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., at the offices of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority at 221 East Fourth Street, Suite 200, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $36,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Article VIII, Sections 13 and 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Sections 4582.21 through 4582.99 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to LDG Seymour Station L.P., an Ohio limited partnership, or its successors and assigns (the "Borrower") for the purpose of financing a portion of the acquisition, construction and equipping of a residential rental facility containing approximately one hundred fifty (150) affordable living units for low to moderate income residents located at 1931 E. Seymour Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio in Hamilton County (the "Project"). The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, the City of CINCINNATI, Ohio, the County of HAMILTON, Ohio, THE STATE OF ohio OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF ohio. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project.
