NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A regular meeting of the Stockton City Council will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 5:30 PM, in the Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 425 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA, and will include a public hearing to receive and consider public comment and testimony regarding the approval and adoption of the formation of the Downtown Stockton Community Improvement District. All proceedings before this meeting body are conducted in English.
