NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN A regular meeting of the Stockton City Council will be held on Tuesday, October 14 , 2025 , at 5:30 pm, in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor, 425 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA, to consider a City-initiated Ordinance Amending Title 16 of the Stockton Municipal Code, Division 2 , Chapter 16.20 to support implementation of the Stockton 2023-2031 Housing Element in compliance with State Law.
