NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Bondurant will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on October 7, 2025 in the Bondurant City Council Chambers at 200 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa, to hear a request to modify the Future Land Use Map from Medium-Density Residential, Low-Density Residential and Rural Residential to High-Density Residential.
