Notice of Public Hearing Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on October 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by Poughkeepsie Day School as applicant and owner, seeking preliminary (major) subdivision approval for a proposed three lot subdivision of the property on which the existing Poughkeepsie Day School, a solar array and a telecommunications facility are located. The application involves tax lot number 6260-03-146453 located at 260, 244 and 242 Boardman Road, Poughkeepsie, NY, and is located in the IN (Institutional) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard. The public is encouraged to check the Town Meetings webpage, at https://www.townofpoughkeepsie.com/AgendaCenter and/or contact the Planning Department at 845-485-3657, to confirm the meeting access and location details in this notice. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with the public, applicants and consultants able to participate in person at Town Hall, 1 Overocker Road, Poughkeepsie, or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing and via telephone. The Planning Department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
